On a few occasions I've had to wait long past my appointment time in reception to be called up to see the doctor. I don't really have a problem with this but it would be nice if reception could tell those waiting that the doctors appointments are running late. I've sat there before thinking, have they forgotten me, will my car parking ticket run out, etc.
