I am an ex-patient as I could no longer stand the poor service I moved out of the area and found a much better GP practice. Most (not all) the reception staff act as if its an inconvenience to deal with patients. They also discuss patients openly in the reception so all other patients can hear. The main GP disregards patients if they don't have anything serious in her opinion. Two examples went to doctor with numbness and tingling in thigh which had been bothering me for a while but was told it was due to smoking and was not looked into any further (new gp had it tested and it was caused by a compressed disc was sent for physio which resolved it). Developed bad facial rash was given a spot cream and was told I would not get an allergy test on the NHS. New GP reffered me to dermatologist and am currently under going treatment.
