I’m often away from home and if I have needed to get more meds, which has been known to happen, I can ring the surgery and get a prescription sent to the nearest pharmacy to where I am. I don’t need to try to see a go where I’m staying or add to an already overstretched local village service. I’ve had no problems speaking with reception, getting an appointment with a doctor, in fact I’ve not met a staff member I haven’t liked.

Apart from the odd issue with using the booking in service, outside COVID-19 I can’t think of anything at all
