I've been a patient at this practice for many years now. I always get treated with respect and understanding and feel very much at the centre of my own care which is very different to how I was treat at my old GP in Manchester. I've been seen by a huge cohort of the team with no bad experiences but I want to leave a special mention to a few of the team who have been exceptional. Firstly is nurse Karen, she's fantastic. To the point but friendly and approachable. Secondly is Dr Burns. As with Karen, she tells you how it is but not in a way that undermines you. I appreciate her honesty and medical care. Finally, is Katie-Jo, the Physician Associate (hope that is correct). This young lady is always patient and has went out of her way during the current pandemic to help me by delivering my medication when isolating! I have nothing but positive comments to make about this practice. Each person I've interacted with has made me feel like a five star patient. Thanks Holmside, please don't change.
