Receptionist appeared helpful but had inadequate information. Decisions are made but not communicated to patients. The justifications for the decisions are not available and the person who made them seems unknown.
Cleanliness of the surgery and the question on appointments are not pertinent but I cannot proceed without a rating - what nonsense.
