I received a note from you several weeks ago, asking me to call in to get a routine blood test. Haven't had one for over two years maybe? When picking up my monthly meds, I've asked people at the Health Centre about this but I'm just told to telephone in. Tried to telephone many times - even though the telephone auto response message says that routine blood tests are suspended. Been 'first in the queue many times but then the line drops .

Just answer the telephone or have someone on reception to assist
