I like online appointments - the new system to be introduced on 22 July means no online appointments at all. How is the new appointment system going to stop me calling and being no. 43 in the queue etc.? There will be more people phoning as the people who usually queue at reception or book online will now also have to phone. Also, if I am guaranteed a phone call back in the triage system within 1 hour - that means before 9am - how can anyone be assigned the early appointments before 9am - the phone calls will be after those early times. Each change the surgery makes is worse than the last system. How is non-online booking moving forward?
