Firstly get rid of that droning tape when you try and get an appointment (not easy) so if you’ve wasted five minutes of your time listening to Dr Tate droning on all the appointments have gone anyway. If it’s your lucky day and you can get to see a doctor the majority are very nice. There must be a better way of administering the flu jabs. Last Saturday was a prime example of chaos. It’s not rocket science to realise there are a large number of over 65’s on their books. The centre needs a fresh pair of eyes to improve the running of the place. I know for certain if there was an alternative a lot of people would vote with their feet.
