Self and husband have recently had very disappointing experiences with this Health Centre which was excellent when we first moved to the area nearly 7 years ago.We endorse other recent comments that the new appointment system introduced in late July is a step backwards and involves long queuing in the phone; twice we have spent nearly half an hour waiting before getting through to speak to Reception. Then the new triage system kicks in that seems designed to restrain patients from face to face contact with a Doctor if at all possible. Formerly patients could book online appointments in advance but no longer since the new system began. We have had enough of poor patient service and care - following a GP consultation we were most unhappy with, we have decided to move to a different GP practice with far higher patient satisfaction ratings than Holmes Chapel now receives. The Health Centre can claim what it likes but it just isn't delivering any more.
