Because the health centre has really gone downhill, I was left on the phone waiting for twenty minutes in a queue then when I was first in the queue, I was cut off. As my health centre I expect you to make sure I get to see a specialist for my ailments I am suffering with my spine , neck hip and pains in my scull, my appointment was supposed to be 16th June, I am still waiting.I was referred to see a neurosurgeon , I. Don’t blame Dr Marriott, who referred me, he is the only pleasant doctor at the health centre, kind and with a good bedside manner. Pity the rest of you are not the same.
