I have previously used your on line booking system to get an appointment on the day. This has now been stopped and I was waiting on the phone line for 30 min before I was able to make an appointment. As it happens I have an inclusive land line calls otherwise this would have been very expensive, and would be for some of your patient who are even older than me and don't have the inclusive calls facility. To my mind you have made a detrimental step in your appointments booking. Apart from that, I managed to get an appointment with my chosen GP.
