The surgery operate a walk in system for appointments which means you can get to see the doctor on the day you require. The doctors are not restricted to a set time limit and can take their time to assess your needs and treat appropriately. Sometimes you have to wait an hour to see the doctor, but then that doctor will stay with you for 30 minutes whilst treating and in the case of my young son referring him to the paediatric assessment unit.
