The experience was totally outstanding, and extremely productive/professional . I have nothing but praise for the way in which they fully explained my situation/symptoms ,The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable, and within seconds had my notes on her screen. My consultation last 25 mins..no time was spared . I am extremely grateful to have such a wonderful and supportive Health Centre. I find it disheartening for other patients to post such negative comments, when one considers the waiting times in other parts of the UK.
