It is impossible to get any sort of even the worst of customer service at this supposed to be medical practice. I personally think rudeness and bad attitude is a requirement for their job in this practice.
Out of hospital over 3 weeks, medication changed by hospital. Can’t get in to see or talk to a doctor about the prescription change so can’t get the meds I need. Can’t order on line as I need to see a doctor what are you supposed to do?
