I was asked to arrange an appointment.i have been calling for nearly 2 weeks at different times. It is either engaged or just rings out. I have had to physically go to the surgery to arrange this. There was a queue and everyone was complaining about exactly what I was experiencing.
My appointment is made for the end of May
Today is 17th April.
You can no longer send a message to the surgery, you can no longer make an appointment to see a doctor via airmid. If you are ill, and not able to get to the surgery then your only option is to call 111. Or 999.
Suggested improvements
Address all the above issues.
