An awful surgery, the DWP requested a letter from them and this surgery ignored them, I've paid for the surgery to write a letter containing the info requested. Apparently this surgery is different from every other surgery and just won't provide information about me. When they finally decide to do this letter they provide incorrect info.
Practice manager and also an operations manager and maybe an assistant manager fail to call back when they say they will. Receptionist has a chip on her shoulder and doesn't even listen to you on the phone without giving attitude. Complaint in the process to the ombudsman.
