Very caring doctor (Pradhan) always very kind and listens to the patient's view. Clearly, the surgery is at maximum capacity but doctor Pradhan always makes you feel special as a patient. A credit to the NHS.

The doctors, nurses and reception staff all do an excellent job under sometimes difficult circumstances. All the people I know who attend the High Street surgery are very grateful for the services provided.

Helpful friendly receptionist when I called for an emergency appointment for my elderly mother who had fallen and I wasn't sure if we needed to visit A and E. Same day appointment with the advanced nurse practitioner (Suzy) who was extremely sympathetic, very thorough with her examination and kind to my mother. A subsequent visit to St Margarets Hospital for an x ray and then to Harlow A and E confirmed a fractured ankle. Superb service from the surgery and many many thanks
