At this surgery they started a system where you can book appointments online for patient access as helpful as that is its not helpful to everyone especially those that don't have photo id in order to get a letter to sign up for it . most of the appointments are gone because most of them have been released to those who have the photo id. The other system is a triage where the dr phones you back that day which If you are not available to take that call then you cant get to speak to a dr you cant get appointments to see who you prefer to see anymore either. I had waited nearly 18 months before I could see my gp but then got an appointment. I need to see him again but not sure if ill be able to get the appointment. its a nightmare
