Receptionist took time and trouble to find me a slot for my blood test. The appointment was confirmed by phone - to me. From (the nurse) was very good especially as I have very fine veins - only a little bruising on this occasion. Also - Dr Pepper saw me as an emergency and was very thorough and kind.
