This surgery does its utmost to get you well. The receptionists get to know you and help with any questions and appointments. The Doctors are well-informed and take care that you understand your problem and treatment. The nurses are unfailingly pleasant and helpful as well as giving out leaflets when necessary. The one problem I had with the necessity of visiting a Reception area to get your repeat prescription is being addressed with not only an online repeat prescription service but also electronically from surgery to Chemist. Drs. Matoorian-Pour, Rebello and Pilai are worthy of mention as is Nurse Tracey. If they can't sort you out, they refer you to someone who can !
