saw Jan the nurse who was, as ever, friendly, kind and professional. the difficulty is actually getting through to make an appointment..as i work full time from 8am i can't hold on for ages waiting for an answer or keep trying and i hate that it is so difficult to make an appointment in advance.... prevention is better than waiting until you have to make an emergency appointment surely? !! i'm pleased to hear you are trying an online booking system, but i really think extended evening and weekend appointments would help. but thank you too for all the great care i have received over the years
