I am very proud to be a patient at this practice. I feel safe and secure in the knowledge that I will always get the very best care and treatments available. Dr Cowen put me forward for special programmes which needed funding and I was successful. After a 3 year battle with my health, I am now ready to go back to work and I am very grateful for all the help and special care I have had. The reception team are always polite, efficient and helpful, which makes such a difference when you are ill and stressed.

I rang from 8am today and eventually got to speak to a receptionist at 0830, to be told there were no available appointments today. This after I have rung during the day several times over the past week or two, to be told I cannot book an appointment for the next day. I went to a Walk In at Guys last Thursday icw what seems to be a throat ulcer that I have had for four weeks - that doctor advised me to see my GP this week if it hadn't cleared, as it could be serious. I am now left with another weekend of concern, and am out of the country until Wednesday. Is this really an acceptable state of affairs? I just want to see my GP and am getting very concerned.

the doctor's and the nurse's are very helpful and understanding, they explain the problem very well for me to understand! the receptionists staff are very helpful and always there if you need to chat
