We do not use the GP service frequently but myself and other family members have had cause to consult GP's several times over the past 6 months and each time we have received excellent treatment and care from all the staff with whom we have had contact. The receptionists clearly work under some pressure as the surgery is busy but they always appear to be polite and sympathetic and go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The GP's we have seen have been excellent. Dr Lamb who runs the youth clinic dealt with my son in a very sensitive and reassuring manner and made him feel at ease. Dr Lamb has a direct and caring manner which young people respond well to. Many other mothers I know whose children have seen Dr Lamb share this opinion and she is held in high regard. My own treatment was also very good. I felt that the GP's were attentive and thorough and I was referred for an investigation and followed up promptly. We are fortunate to have such a good practice nearby. The only thing that could be improved is the appointment system (although I always manage to get appointments within a reasonable time) and I will be downloading the APP which is an excellent idea.

Nurse Annie was very friendly helpful and made me relaxed and welcome and she listened to my needs and was kind, even though the time is very short. She eased my worries as I am usually quite nervous and shy about coming in for my tests.

Today's experience, with Dr Kheraj, couldn't have been better. I've had the occasional issue in the past - who hasn't? - but I am very happy with this surgery and its staff and I'm particularly impressed with all the new electronic aids - the text reminders, the online repeat prescription ordering etc. I never feel hassled or frustrated and I usually positively enjoy my visits. It might be an idea to warn patients about the parking restrictions between 12 and 2pm.

Excellent surgery, it's very easy to get appointments, especially using online booking. The surgery is modern and clean and the doctors are helpful, friendly and punctual in my experience.

I have been with this surgery for years and seen many different GPs/Nurses who have all been good and thorough and taken time with myself and the kids. I have also found the nurses really friendly and reassuring when taking kids for immunisations. We have always managed to get an early same day apt by going in person to the surgery - which can take longer on the phone.
