Both the doctor who phoned and the Doctor Underwood who I met with was extremely thorough and helpful. He has been from previous visits too.

Efficient service and friendly staff

Michael didn’t introduce himself to me ( he maybe wasn’t aware I am new to the practice). They had rung me and said I was seeing a doctor. Also, I was asked to come for 1.35 but then got a message saying my appointment was 2.16. So I had to ring back to clarify. When I arrived at the surgery for 1.35 , the machine didn’t let me check in as they had me down for 2.16 and therefore I was too early. That was a bit confusing

I used the health kiosk before my passport checked it was really quick. The nurse associate was extremely helpful with another issue I had as well.

We were Contacted by the surgery for a Passport appointment. The receptionist was very helpful.in making appointment.

We were early for our appointments & were called in straight away.

Very understanding listening, and a clear assessment of the problems. Hope to get better from prescribed drugs. Thankyou so much.

It would be easy to carry on asking questions so I suppose more time allocated to the doctor/nurse could be beneficial but I was happy to be there and get treatment sorted.
