We have been with this surgery for many years and the Doctors and staff are always very helpful in every way. The Doctors go out of their way to sort matters for you. Our Doctor always phones if there is a need for further treatment or anything else that needs to be done. As my husband is housebound at present she arranges for a nurse to come to our house for blood tests. I cannot praise our Doctor enough.
Suggested improvements
I know the receptionists try to shield the Doctors but my Doctor knows if I request a phone call it is for a good reason. I wish some of the receptionists would understand that. I would not phone unless it was really necessary.
