Dr Wawrosz is the best thing to happen to this surgery. Since he came to the surgery my health concerns are being listened to and addressed and referrals are being made. He is also very friendly, easy to chat with and clearly cares for his patients health and well being.
Most of the receptionists are lovely friendly ladies and help you with most problems/queries. However my only criticism regarding reception is that there is one lady who's name I'm unsure of who fobs you off all the time. You ask for an appointment with a certain gp and she claims they are not working that afternoon and books you in with someone else. Then that gp comes out the room to shout the next patient and you realise you've blatantly been lied to.
You ask for a call back and are told that they aren't doing call backs. So the only way to get ypur call back that the GPS are in fact doing is to lie and tell them that the said gp is expecting you to request a call back. Very concerning behaviour for a Doctors surgery receptionist. And a massive let down to the surgery.
