The Surgery uses an "on the day" system for appointments where you phone at 8.30am For this appointment I kept dialling from 8.30 until 8.50 and was then put on hold and spoken to at 8.55am I then got an appointment for the next day. The receptionists are excellent, always polite and always give you lots of information and explain why a doctor is not available or find you an appointment with another doctor at the practice. There are slots that become available as you go through the week. The Surgery also as an "extra" system where you can come and wait from 10.30am for an "extra" slot once the doctors have finished their appointment list. On the day I went for my appointment there were many waiting having been given extra slots. Mainly babies & children. When my children were small babies/children were always the surgery's priority and if you were prepared to wait with a baby/child you would ALWAYS be seen that day. They also have a touch screen sign in monitor, that means you do not have to queue up to tell the receptionist.
