the ability to get an appointment can be very hard and I find I normally have to book a fortnight in advance. if I ring up the morning its required I rarely get in, then am told to ring back at lunchtime for the afternoon. the receptionist tend to ask if its an emergency and if its not you're back having to try again the day after to go through the same. It's taken me a week to get in before and on the Friday I said yes, sorry its an emergency to me I want to see someone.
