The online service for prescriptions and appointments has proved to be excellent for my wife and myself. I feel however, that some patients might find the process of signing up confusing, if they are unfamiliar with navigating through awkward websites. Some web designers seem unable to put themselves in the shoes of their clients!
Face-to-face, or on the phone, the receptionists are always pleasant, and invariably helpful.
The practice nurses are lovely and, without doubt, are a great asset to the doctors, and to the Hawthorns as a whole.
