At first ever visit was snapped at by receptionist for speaking to them rather than registering at their touch screen terminal- they could try being more approachable and welcoming...... Dr Abbas's response to my genuine concerns and distress at an unexpected diagnosis was to laugh and tell me it could be worse- suggest she takes a course to develop some empathy skills.
