I find the services available are adequate for my needs but find some patients don't understand the full range of services. I can almost always get some sort of appointment on the day be it a face to face consultation with a GP or nurse practitioner or if not a telphone triage appointment. Some problems recently with phone systems but this has been out of the practices hands. It would be nice if there were a few more permenant GPs but this is a problem occuring all over the country according to the media.
