A very patient centered, caring practice. All staff I have come across have been courteous & helpful. There appears to be an excellent skill mix of nursing staff that I have not encountered before. The surgery is open into the evening and on a Saturday morning which is helpful for those of us who work.
A variety of ways to book an appointment is available: phone on the day; pre book; online booking + a GP triage phone system is available & an excellent idea. I believe there is also an extension of the GP service at the local hospital allowing GP appointments to be available from 8am - 8pm 7 days a week which is an excellent & innovative idea given the bad press regarding the lack of availability of such appointments.
The lack of a permanent female GP is disappointing but I am aware of a national shortage of GPs.
