A lively well trained person meets nearly always with a smile - I am helped to seeing and be made comfortable during my treatment.
I am unable to comment on care given on a number of the other surgeries as there have been so many changes lately.
There is one improvement that I would love to see - new seating in both the waiting area and someone on the rooms. Arms or ways to get up are needed, this would aid rising and sitting.
