Since joining SHP this surgery is appalling. Unable to get through on the phone. Appointments are all gone by 8.30 in the morning. No continuity of care. Every appointment feels rushed and just want to give antibiotics or refer you to hospital.
Please bring separate numbers for each practice to make patients life easier.
