They do not deal with mental health...20 doctors I saw or spoke to on the telephone in 4 years and I could not talk to any of them about mental health..they tell you to phone mind .. there is a lack of empathy...consultations are not confidential..lots of GP s access your medical files...they threaten to stop medication if I did not talk to them ( a male doctor with two degrees). sent threatening letter .two male doctors very dominant..they hide upstairs and just do phone calls..nurse with glasses rude no empathy not friendly ..no disabled access..only two ground floor level rooms.. elderly patients struggling up the stairs..they only gave me half of my required insulin...and no insulin for 16 days..they do not tell you your blood tests results...and a long wait for blood tests trying to get results 5 weeks .they do a lot of referrals though which is good...my registered female GP is lovely but I did not see or talk to her for 2 years so you get lots of different gp.s which means that they do not know you and that is a big problem...they have 14.000 patients which means that you do not get the care that you should... They are not mean with medications .receptionists are fantastic..they answer the phones quick which is good ..this is my honest review which includes good and bad which I think is fair ..
I have been very fortunate to have been with this surgery for many years Dr Morgan is amazing and has been the most supportive, compassionate dr who has so much time for her patients I trust her completely . Most of the receptionists are helpful franscesca is consistently empathetic and the nurses have always been very good too, it’s been such a difficult couple of years for everyone but the surgery have always been there
