Im writing this review as on numerous occasions ive been spoken to by the receptionist staff so poorly and rudely. Its so upsetting trying to get your queries across and being spoken to in this manner with no respect, i call up for help not this treatment. When you ask for them to speak to you a bit nicer they get ruder. Its such a shame that the receptionist staff/prescription people let down the surgery in this way.

Please speak to the receptionist staff about this as this is extremely upsetting. I dread having to call them.

I was completely satisfied with my care. There was NO hassles to get an appointment. The staff were very polite and helpful.
