Tried Terry four times today to get a telephone appointment but nobody ever answers the phone. Tried online but just get diverted to emis who don't seem to have any links for requesting medication on-line. Can only contact via letter which the practice then deny ever getting,even when they're hand delivered? Can't book an appointment for a medication review, can't get a repeat prescription, written so many times complaining about this but their receipt is denied,can't request repeats over the phone,can't get to speak to a Dr or another person as all you get is a variety of answer machine messages but you can't leave one. Spent more than five hrs today alone and used my days allocated phone data for the week trying to contact the surgery online. Requested my medication a few weeks ago but have had nothing so I'm not asking for the third time in the past two weeks,for my beta blockers along with other medication but heard nothing! Now left with no option but to sign up with another practice and hopefully they'll be better than guildhall have been. Frustrating as I've been with this practice since marrying a local lad when I was in my teens! Feel seriously let down,insulted and ignored,put at risk of increasing anxiety through the constant worry over wether I'll get my prescriptions,ever! Some you can pick up similar,if maybe weaker products over the counter in supermarkets. Not prescription only medication.
