The receptionist was lovely and I admire the job they do under very difficult circumstances. The acute clinic is excellent and means as a patient I can be seen urgently if I need to be. Dr Franklin is always professional and really shows she cares about her patients as individuals.
Suggested improvements
I saw a Practice Nurse yesterday for my asthma review at Loose surgery. Unfortunately she did not communicate at all about my asthma which I am having difficulty with due to a current cold. She appeared disinterested in the review and of me as a patient. Nothing was discussed about the two asthma medications I use and whether I am using them correctly or to their best benefit. I was sadly not offered a written or verbal asthma plan which I was disappointed about as I feel I need to know what to do when my asthma worsens.
