Completely agree with the previous review. Dr Richards (the female doctor) is as good as they come , great manner with you, caring and thorough. The other doctor is only concerned with weighing you and taking blood pressure. He has just missed that my wife has arterial sclerosis in her leg, something he should have spotted several years ago (hospital diagnosis, after months of waiting and several years of going to this practice with leg/foot pain - was almost instantaneous, all you have to do is take a pulse in both limbs - her symptoms are completely classic) - he doesn't listen to you. I have had asthma all my life, a couple of years back I got a chest infection and he refused to give me a relief inhaler claiming I would have to be retested for it first (I have eczema and hay-fever too, plus a long family history - but all this explanation was to no avail). Since then I have ended up in hospital with asthma attacks/lung infections twice - thankfully Dr Richards is now on my case. If it was not for her I would make sure we change practice. All the stars I give are for Dr Richards, otherwise the stars would be far less.
