I've been with the practice for 32 years. I have thought myself very lucky to have the services of GPs and nurses who work extremely hard and are dedicated professionals. Sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment but, with increased housing in the catchment and no possibility of increasing the capacity of the surgery to cope, I have never felt rejected or ignored in all my time as a patient. Some people, sadly, always wish to complain and not say thank you for good service. Greengage is an excellent practice and my friends and family from outside Birstall have all commented on this
