The one and only major hurdle in this place is the rude and disorganised reception staff. There should be competence assessments performed on them to see if they are fit for their jobs and secondly they need to work on their customer service skills. The emergency hours are advertised 8am to 9am and surprise surprise, the phone lines are usually active 8.30am to 9am and you usually get through around 8.50am to be told there are no appointments. Once you get past these jokers, the GPs are good.
