It's hard to review a surgery where you don't get seen by doctors.
They send you to other practices.
Or tell you to go to the hospital.
When you do get to see a doctor it's usually some locum, havevthey murdered all the doctors you've know over the years, because you certainly don't get to see them.
RECEPTIONISTS....Some have been rude and dismissive.. They must hate their jobs or just hate the sick.
But when you find a nice, kind empathetic receptionist, make sure you know their name. And try to deal with them ONLY.

Let me see a doctor I KNOW.
TRAIN THE RECEPTIONISTS TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS IN A KINDLY MANNER. PATIENTS ARE USUALLY UNWELL.
