The receptionist are so rude it is unbelievable. I spent 45 minutes at 3pm, on hold just to get xray results, to then be told after week of waiting, also being told by hospital and the surgery to phone in a week, that they still hadnt been looked at..I told the receptionist this wasn't very good and she replied, find another surgery then and put the phone down on me. Its impossible to get through to crusader or north rd. You can be 2nd in the call queue and wait 45 minutes!! All they say when you complain, is they have problems with the phone lines, but this has been going on for a year. It's a joke. I'd rather my taxes were put to a decent surgery with decent doctors because the place is a shambles.
