This is a very busy practice and would certainly benefit from new premises..
At a time when there are complaints about patients having to wait days or weeks to see a GP, I have always got an appointment quickly and at a convenient time.
Patience is sometimes required due to overrunning appointments but this is often due to the excellent doctors a d nurses giving as much time as each patient requires.
Sometimes difficult to get through on the phone at busy times. Perhaps additional reception help is required.
