I was very impressed by the excellent treatment that I received on Thursday 04 December at 15:10 hours. The nurse (Bonnie Beard) called me in on time, explained the procedure of ear irrigation (syringing), the possible side effects etc., and carried out the procedure in a most professional manner. Well done to The Great Bentley Surgery.
