Great Doctors and Nurses, who give a fantastic service to the patients. The only downside to the practice is the reception staff, as when I asked for an appointment with one of the nursing staff to get my ears syringed Debbie on reception wanted to know 'Who told you that your ears need syringed?'. New script writer required, or at least better training.
