It is like getting an appointment with the Queen trying to get an appointment with this lot, I’ve been trying to see a doctor for over a year & im still waiting, can’t manage to get past the gestapo on reception yet. They are not a caring surgery at all & if it wasn’t for the fact that I can’t get out I would change drs straight away.
