Receptionists helpful in directing patient to appropriate service. Easy to arrange triage review for appropriate referral and to be seen on the same day if required, or have appointment arranged for routine need.
All staff that I have had dealings with have been helpful, or arranged for a person who can assist to be available.
Gp's and nursing staff excellent - caring, knowledgeable and professional.
Like the electronic booking in on arrival.
Loads of information available at the surgery.
