I am writing to thank you for the efficient curtious way that you have recently helped my son. who arrived on vacation from New Zealand. Unfortunately when arriving in transit at Dubai he had his medications seized by customs ,they not being allowed into their country information not given to him by his travel agent even though he had asked them on this matter. At the Gosberton Surgery he was met with understanding and kindness ,and with efficiency his medications were provided alleviating what could have been a serious problem for his health and wellbeing.
Thank you to the receptionist, the pharmacy staff and all at the practice.
