GPs and staff are good when you can get through to them. Months wait for routine appointment, pot luck as to whether you can get through on the phone to book an appointment on the day. Usually permanently engaged and when you do get through all the appointments have gone. Last time was told to go to a walk in centre and you wonder why people end up clogging up a&e. Also had consultant referral lost. Waited 3 weeks, heard nothing then when I did get through was told referral hadn't even been sent. Sign of the times and is a shame for the hard working staff but service is not good enough.
